A strange thing happens!!
When windfows is started, regardless of the choice of boot, the start wheels appear on the first start and then the computer freezes. You have to restart your computer and this time everything starts perfectly.
If I then choose to restart the computer, the same problem occurs. What can it depend on?

There are a few possible reasons why this could be happening. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Run a virus scan: It's possible that your computer is infected with a virus or malware. Run a full virus scan using your antivirus software to check for any threats.

2. Check for updates: Make sure that your operating system and drivers are up to date. Open Windows Update and check for any available updates. Also, make sure that your antivirus software is up to date.

3. Check for disk errors: Use the built-in Windows Disk Check utility to check for any errors on your hard drive. Open File Explorer, right-click on your C: drive, select "Properties", go to the "Tools" tab, and click on "Check" under "Error checking".

4. Check hardware connections: Check that all of your hardware components are properly connected. This includes things like your hard drive, RAM, and graphics card.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's possible that there is a hardware problem with your computer. In this case, you may need to take it to a professional for repair or replacement.
