Windows 7 Windows Fax and Scan

I am unable to print after using Windows Fax and Scan. I get the message saying that it can not access the documents folder.

Could you explain the problem in a little more detail? Maybe the exact steps you are taking. Are you opening a document then printing?

yes. I am going to the folder where the PdF files are located then I click to print it and select the faxserver. It is when I do this that I get the Windows Fax and Scan message that says it can not access the folder.
