Good morning,
I have a problem with installing Windows Live package. After almost completely finished installation, appears window - "Installing program failed because of a problem during installation of the required part
- Microsoft Choice Guard

Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet. Windows Live programs can not be downloaded if your computer is not connected to the Internet. hr: 0x8104000b"

I´m sure that my PC is succesfully connected to the Internet. I tried to turn off Firewall, but it failed again...

Please help me :)

Solution
Also when you goto the live download page click the download link 2 times and you get a FULL package installer (About 130mb) instead of the small 1mb version that commonly has problems installing.
Do you have Windows Live Family Safety that can be blocking the installation ?

To resolve this issue perform the following troubleshooting steps:

Step 1: Make sure that your internet connection is working and that you can browse the internet.

Note: If you are not able to browse to a website the setup process may have closed Windows Live Family Safety. If this is the case do one of the following:

1. Start Windows Live Family Safety and make sure you are logged in.

2. Start Windows Live Family Safety and turn off the filter.

Step 2: Run Windows Live Essentials setup again and select 'Ignore any open programs' if you get to the screen titled 'Please close these programs'.
