Windows 7 Windows vista 64 to Windows 7 32

Hi, i'm currently running a 64 bit version of Windows Vista, and the university I attend handed out a student-type edition of Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit edition and I was wondering if I am able to upgrade using that disk? Or will it cause a whole bunch of driver problems because of the whole x86 to x64 thing. Thank you in advance.

Forget it..... it is impossible to upgrade from X64 to X32 and viceversa.
