Windows 7 Windows7 and Share file access

Hi all,

I connect to our file server (Windows 2003 R2) and then access the share folder.
I have full permission on that folder.I tried to change the folder name or i move the folder, sometime I can change and sometime I can't change. Nobody is using that folder. At that time only one me access that folder. I tried on Windows XP is no problem.

Any advice?

What warning do you get? Is it asking for password or screaming about permissions? Are both computers running the same OS?
