Windows 7 WinXP Mode installation

Hello ALL

I wish to install XPM in Windows 7 so as to run legacy applications.

I recently read a handful of information in different windows-forum to learn how ;

however, someone said that we should install the VPN ( Windows6.1-KB958559-x86.msu ) afore the image WinXP Mode ( WindowsXPMode_zh-tw.exe ) , while some others said it vice versa .

Which instruction is correct ? Can somebody clarify ?

If you go to Link Removed It clearly states that you install XP Mode first and then install Microsoft Virtual PC.
