Windows 10 Word to PDF

Is the above way one way to create a PDF file from Word file?
Can you email a bigger attachment or more information in a PDF file than a Word file?

I usually use a cloud to send large files but wanted to know if this was possible. I realize PDF files are dangerous.

Yes that is one way to convert a doc to a PDF.

Both doc and PDF files can and do use compression algorithms to shrink content sizes but they fairly comparable between the formats. Email size restrictions are set by the mail provider. Most commonly set to 10MB per email.

Both PDF and doc(x) files can potentially be dangerous and have mechanisms for automatically executing hidden code. Both are commonly used in phishing and malware campaigns.
