My problem is that whenever i start a game, the screen goes black, and all audio disappers.
This happends to Lord of the Rings online, Age of conan, settlers 2 10th anniversary, and even OpenTTD
i've tried reinstalled all those games, and my gfx drivers, but nothing seems to work.
Oh and i have tried enable/disable CF
Any suggestions ?

My spec
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+
Asus M2R32-mvp
2x Sapphire Radeon HD3870 in CF
4gb ddr 2
Creative SB X-Fi Elite pro

fix option1

What I think you need to do is go to sound options,

Recording devices tab, and it will show nothing, right click it and show disconnected devices and activate the one that comes up.

That will make it work. I think..

Another option is updating your sound card drivers.

Worked for me as I was having the same issue with cod4

Hope this works

Are you runniung the 32-bit or 64-bit edition?

Have you tried ATI's website for updated drivers?

i'm running the 64-bit version, and downloaded all the newest drivers before i installed w7.
But i think i figured out the problem, seems that i managed to oc my gfx cards, which i usually do, but that obviously don't work in w7 yet

but thanks for replys
