Windows 7 how to fix video display problem

I have been getting this problem for about two days. Don't even know what this kind of problem called.
See the area circled. do you guys notice the colour difference.
all my games videos and some applications are messed up.

My PC specs-
intel core 2 duo 2.66ghz, 4gb ddr2 ram
Msi hd 6670 1gb ddr5

please help me solve this...waiting for replies.Link Removed

Have you got the latest driver update for your GPU from AMD's website? That may solve your problem.

yes its updated to 11.12(ccc)... and i get these odd colours when i play games, like any game

hey guys i fixed it. it was a problem with the monitor. A reset fixed it.
