Bluetooth USB Adapter is not working. It seems is disabled or driver is not installed. It has a generic windows bluetooth driver.

Solution
The adapter did come with its own drivers, right? If they were compatible with Windows 7, you should install them.

Bluetooth may take several different types of drivers, depending on how you use it.
