Solution
AS A PRIORITY!!!
You seriously need to sort the fan out and make sure it is working while you still have a PC!! Otherwise anything else we do will be for no purpose.
That's probably why you have a 10mins wait before you can re-start as everything is cooling to a normal operating temperature.
Also: Download and run CPU-Z. Take screenshots/snips of the Memory tab, Mainboard tab and all the slot#'s under the SPD tab.
Go to Post Reply, click on the Go Advanced button and attach the screenshots/snips to your post for all the RAM experts to see by using the paper clip you will find on the top toolbar. Do not zip them up.

Hi ESKalone and Welcome to The Forum.
STOP 0x00000024: NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM
Usual causes: Disk corruption, insufficient physical memory, Device driver, Indexing, Resident antivirus, backup, defrag programs, Disk/Drive failing/failure
Your dump file lists Ntfs.sys as the probable cause. This is a Windows System file and for it to be the cause of your crash is highly unlikely.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes. Random stop codes can often indicate hardware issues.
As a Priority:
A.V.G is known to be a cause of BSOD's on Windows 7 systems. Suggest that you uninstall it. Download the correct Link Removed for your system (32 or 64 bit).
If you have A.V.G ID protection installed, download the A.V.GID Protection Remover from the above link as well (it wouldn't hurt to download and run it anyway). Download BSOD friendly Link Removed due to 404 Error as A.V.G's replacement.
Uninstall A.V.G through the Control Panel. Re-boot to Safe Mode and run the A.V.G Removal tool(s). Re-boot to normal mode and install MSE. Make sure your Windows firewall is enabled!
Outdated Drivers. Update:
GEARAspiWDM.sys Mon May 18 13:17:04 2009 Gear Software CD-ROM Class Filter Driver v4.015.1 (Feb 2010). Also loads with iTunes
giveio.sys Thu Apr 04 03:33:25 1996 This used to load with Speedfan. Update! And if Speedfan is up to date rename this driver to, say, giveio.old. This will prtevent it from loading and effectively stop whatever, if anything, is using it. You'l then know what needs updating.
Rt86win7.sys Thu Feb 26 09:04:22 2009 Link Removed If you're unsure about manually installing drivers then choose the Win7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program (SID:1469821) option to download.
Drivers with Updates:
RTKVHDA.sys Tue Jul 06 11:02:40 2010 Link Removed

Let us know how it goes. If you get further problems with blue screens, attach your new dump files and details and we'll move on from there.
HTH.

If you see NtfsExceptionFilter on the stack then the 2nd and 3rd
parameters are the exception record and context record. Do a .cxr
on the 3rd parameter and then kb to obtain a more informative stack
trace.

Hello again, and thanks for the quick replies.
I did almost everything you told me to do, i uninstalled AVG and installed Microsoft Security Essentials.
I updated the Realtek PCIe GBE drivers. Now i got another problem, after i updated my audio drivers (Realtek HD Audio R2.66) the sound stopped working, it says the audio isnt activated, but when i check at the control panel it is activated.
After i did those updates and installed new drivers the computer told me to do a restart, the problem here is that i can't restart my computer, when i try to restart my computer the monitor is just black, i doesnt loads anything, and i have to shut it down, if i boot the computer direct after that happens lets say after 30 sec, it get stucked at the start of the boot, when you get the options to start BIOS, boot menu etc, so i have to shut it down again, and wait for like 10 minutes then it starts without problem. Can it be my bios?
ah, and another thing i forgot to ask, when i checked BIOS and looked at PC health status i saw that my CPU fan isnt working, it goes for 0 rpm, and the temperatures is going up to 65°C-70°C, i pretty sure that is way to high.
Sorry if it is to many questions at the same time, and i hope you can help me once again, and i apologize for my bad english.. thats why i didnt pay attention to my english class
And i want to thank you for doing a great job by helping people
EDIT: Some system info, maybe its easier to help if you know anything about my system
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8500
Cpu air cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus or Hyper TX3 not 100% sure.
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GTX 260

While you've got the side of your case off. We'll keep you busy!!
Make sure you are plugging the CPU fan into the right connection (will be close to the cooler).
RAM Your ram is in slot #'s 2 & 3. It should be in either slot #'s 1 & 2 or 3 & 4.
RAM TIMINGS Your ram timings are set to 5-7-7-24 2T 1.8v. It should be set to 5-5-5-15 30 2T 2.0v. If the timings are not set to auto, then try auto first. CPU-Z will tell you what you are actually getting under the Memory tab.
BIOS Your bios is nearly as old as me!! Find attached the latest bios for your mobo.
(Thanks go to nmsuk for the help!
