The number of emails displayed per page in Outlook.com is 35 ( reading pane is off ), does anybody know how to reduce this to 25 so that I don't need to scroll down ? I realise that I can obviate scrolling by reducing the zoom from 100% to 75% but I don't find that very comfortable, the text size is then too small for my liking. Thanks in advance for any help.

Unfortunately, outlook.com does not have such feature.
If this feature is important to you, perhaps you would consider using a different email program. I understand that gmail ( I don't use gmail ) has a feature similar, if not the same, feature that you are asking.

Thanks for the info David. I'm actually using Gmail ( with 20 entries per page ) but due to some annoyances with it I was thinking of returning to Outlook.
