Q. Ok so I'm looking to change the DEFAULT ICON for the libraries such as Downloads, Documents, Music, Videos, Favorites in every location that they are displayed including File Explorer. Regedits are fine. Is there a way to indefinitely change the icon for these folders in Windows 10?

Thanks for help!

I've managed to change the icon @ C:\Users\AnonymousUser\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries but I cannot get it to change in File Explorer in the left hand pane or when I click This PC in File Explorer and view the library there. I guess to give better perspective, I am looking to essentially completely REPLACE the default library icons with new custom ones.
