I downloaded a mmo game and I think that made it happen so I uninstalled it but its still there. please best and honest answers and try to reply as quickly as you can. Thank You

I guess you mean an extra Control Panel, not the Windows one?

1. Check if you have any newly installed programs, and get rid of any you don't recognize. More and more programs come with extras, one doesn't recognize.
2. Install and run CCleaner with default settings, to clean your registry. It should do the job.

It may be a tougher one, though. If this basic doesn't help, please share info of what game you installed.
