Windows 10 Error code 0x0070652 Trying to update AVG

Since Sunday I have been trying to update AVG but when I do, it tells me its failed to update as there is another installation in progress.

I have restarted several times but still get the same issue. I have tried ctrl, alt and delete but can't see any thing that looks abnormal either.

If I try to uninstall AVG through the control panel I get an error code 0x0070652. Goggling doesn't seem to bring up anything specific to my issue.

I have recently updated to windows 10 about a month ago and its worked fine since then.
