This error comes up every time i start up my computer, I do not know what happened to get it. It seems as if the computer is not affected by the error in a way i notice but I would like to fix it. Thanks

Solution
Something cannot launch a dll library from the temp folder. Unless you know what it is, I suggest you do a full system scan for malware.

Also, if you know what software or service is causing it, msconfig -> startup & services tab -> uncheck it.
