there is no flicks tab . i have taken a screenshot, find the attachment

  • Open 'Command Prompt'
  • Run the following command reg add HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pen /v LegacyPenInteractionModel /t '
  • Reboot and test
