for me to update windows 10 i need a few more updates in windows 8.1 but those updates are always failiong and after trying things people have said it still does not owrk could any one help me?
 

Solution
  • Press Win key + r
  • Type services.msc <enter>
  • Right click Windows Update and select stop
  • Right click Background Intelligent Transfer Service and select stop
  • Open explorer and navigate to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistrubtion
  • Delete all the contents of DataStore and Download
  • Restart Background Intelligent Transfer Service and then Windows Update
  • Go back into Windows Updates and check for updates and install
