I'm using an older HP laptop and Windows XP. At one time I had Quickbooks on it but had uninstalled it some time ago.
My problem is that there are quite a few Q/B files remaining in the Windows folder taking up much needed space and, interfereing with the loading of at least one program.
I've tried to do it individually but it won't allow me to do it.
Please take a look at the screen shot (link below) and tell me how I can get rid of these fies.
