Under Win XP it was possible to make the START menu "Control Panel" cascading.
That means when I go with the mouse on the menu "Control Panel" then automatically all sub-menues were shown as separate menus.

How can I achieve this in Win7?

Same with "devices and printers" menu.

Solution
To achieve this, right click on on empty spot on the taskbar, and click Properties
Now go to the start-up tab and click Customize...
Here you can change a number of settings, including showing the control panel as a menu, though I'm not sure if you can do the same with Devices and Printers.
