I deleted a software by deleting it's entire folder and NOT by uninstalling it from installed apps list in settings--->Apps--->Installed apps--->uninstall. But the app still shows up in this installed apps list even though it doesn't exist anymore. If I try to click on uninstall it shows windows cannot find unins000.exe in the corresponding directory. I restarted my laptop but it still shows up. It will be very helpful if anyone helps me with this annoying issue
