📎 AI Summary:
The user initially reported that after removing Sendori via Sophos AV, their Internet Explorer and Chrome couldn't display web pages, although they could ping Google. They also experienced update issues with Sophos and Malwarebytes, and malware was detected but quarantining didn't fix the problem. Following the removal of Sendori by Sophos AV, IE and Chrome cannot display web pages. However, I can ping www.google.com. Also, Sophos AV and Malwarebytes are not able to update. MBAM found some malware but quarantining it didn't resolve the problem. Any ideas? Thank you.

Resolved by resetting Winsock. PC was no longer infected. Resetting IE didn't help.
