Solution
Built-in there isn't away to get the Windows 7 feel. You can use Aero Tweaker to change settings in Windows 10. I've never used it so I can't speak to it's full capabilities How to Get the Aero Glass Theme on Windows 10.

just keep in mind … all the style 'n flare come at a price, pstein … takes processing power away from other tasks. may have been one of the reasons microsoft yanked out animated icons 'n wallpaper. i disavowed the metro-tile concept that came with win-8 … so i installed "classic-shell" … now looks similar to my old win-xp.
I wonder if there is any limit to stuff you can add to W10 if you look around enough??
