hey guys, so i'm having this problem for sometime now, with no luck...

i got a limited connection on my laptop which doesn't let me connect to the internet at all, it's not the signal because i have full bars, the troubleshooting says "there might be a problem with your driver" not sure what to do :S

He can't connect with the wired connection either, if you have any ideas about how to proceed from here let us know.
I don't know anything else to try.

He has tried resetting his router and uninstalling his network connector, rebooting and letting it reinstall.

He didn't really say whether the LAN was set correctly or not but I assume he checked that and ran a malware scan.
