Recently my wireless mouse highlights a word or everything when I move the pointer to a new spot. It is driving me crazy. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling mouse, touch pad, keyboard. Changing cursor speed, size, etc. I have tried many solutions found on the internet but none work.

Dell XPS 15 9570 Windows 10 with latest updates, 16gb ram
