Hmm... It looks like you might be using a laptop? I can see the company 'Acer' in the vendor slot and they don't make gpu's, monitors and laptops yes, gpu's no.. 
If you know the full model number then your best bet is to go on the Acer website and find the support page for your machine. Once there you should be able to find your drivers . Any problems post back.
