My 'Administrator' Rant!

Permissions required for EVERYTHING, again, coincidentally, after this mornings update!! How many times do I (we) have to go through this? Today, even to change the name of a shortcut!!

I live alone, am the only person to ever use my desktop, local user account.

Help with this issue appreciated. I'm so tired of having to resolve it over and over. Is there an ultimate one time solution? - Thanks, IM

So are you getting a UAC prompt?
Can you give some examples of what is requiring elevated permissions?
