This has just started happening in the last week. Never had it occur before. Can anyone help solve this?

After doing a Google search and bringing up a page of website options - I then try to click on the website link I want to look at. BUT as I click on the website I want to go to - the page jumps up to the top. I CAN always click and open whatever two websites happen to be listed at the top of the search page.
I have tried three different (corded and cordless)‘mice’ but have the same identical problem. They are not Logitech mouse or really expensive ones, but have never had a problem before with a cheaper mouse. I have been to the Control Panel to see if there is some setting to change but very little is on offer - just a speed change really - and that is not the problem. It is pretty annoying and I would love to fix it. Suggestions?

It's OK. A neighbour's young kid told me to reinstall Google Search Tool Bar. That was it. All sorted. Thank heavens - and tech savvy kids.
