Hey guys

I know there are probably some other threads with this same problem i got but i was unable to find any useful answer in them so therefore i ask again.
I have been running Windows 7 for i think 1 week now and since yesterday i cant install ANYTHING on my computer, it dosent matter if i try to install it from a virtual drive (Daemon Tools) or from my regular DVD drive. I tried new drivers with no luck, and no the day the problem started i haven't installed anything new not even updated my windows or run an anti-virus scan. So i really cant explain why it just suddenly started.

Any and i mean any idea would be helpful, and reinstalling is only my last resort :D

Thanks for all the help!

Solution
Thanks for the quick replys guy, so here is some info you can work with.

Im running Windows 7 Ultimate x64, everytime i try to install something from CD/DVD or ISO i get an error message that some file is corrupt and i know they are not because i got 2 other disks in the same computer one running Windows XP Pro SP3 (32) and the other Windows Vista Ultimate (64) and the installs work fine there. Also its not only games i get the same problem when i try to install my Office 2007. I have tried to run things as Admin, hell i have even tried to login with the \"Administrator\" account to see if it works but same problem. I cant install anything from my local driver either i get the same kind of error message. I have uploaded 2 pictures...

Hey there,

do you get an error or it just won't start? Tried starting installations with admin rights?

Have you tried conpatability mode?

Was this an upgrade or a "clean" install?
