Hello,
From this monday my laptop becane a great pain in the butt. At first, windows explorer started freezing and crashing after 20 min of using the computer, i will either restart the computer or wait for explorer to restart( usually i have to restart it manually) this night i tried to scan my latop with malwarebytea, which found a lot of Pups.but afther that, things got even worse. Now i have to wait a very long time on welcome screen and after that i see a black screen with a mouse screen on it. Al ctrl delete helps. But explorer crashing did not go away, computer runs perfectly fine during those 20 min. Sometimes bsod happen

In the meantime try running the system file checker as it will repair any corruption within the os:
Find command prompt, right click on it, choose properties then run as administrator. Type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.

I'll also move your thread to the bsod section.
this is not a BSDo a problem
