hey guys

just purchased a Acer all in one running Windows 10. it's got a 120gb ssd and 1tb hard drive.

now here's the problem I can't see the 1tb in my computer but I can see it in bios and device manager. how do I fix this so I can use the 1tb as storage?

It probably just needs to be formatted.
  • Press [Window key + x]
  • Select 'Disk Management'
  • Locate the disk, should be identifiable by the size
  • If it says 'Not Initialized on the left Right click Where it says Disk # and initialize it
  • Once it's Online Right click on the Bar with the disk size and Create a New Simple Volume
