When I try to enter sleep mode the screen goes blank, the power light stays on solid for several minutes, then the welcome/sign on screen comes back on. If I sign on and then hit sleep again it works correctly - screen goes blank and power light flashing.

Similar thing happens with shutdown - screen displays Shutting Down for several minutes but then welcome/sign on screen comes back on. If I sign on and hit shutdown it works correctly.

I have tried all the power option changes that have been recommended - Fast Start off, etc. but no change.

Also once I get it into sleep when it wakes up the USB ports seem dead. It will not recognize a hard drive when I plug it in. If I shutdown and power up everything is OK - hard drive recognized.

Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
