Hi

Have you tried restore down and then back up?
Your browser window isn't going to the top of the screen.

Try using Snap and see if it will conform to the screen size.

Grab the top of the window and drag up.
Try dragging to the sides too and see if it format normally at half screen when you do that.

Make sure your screen resolution is set to the correct one for your monitor and as nmsuk said update your video drivers.

Does this happen in other programs then your browser?
