hey guys

trying to reset my Windows 10 from the recovery options as I'm selling

half way through the reset a page popped up saying not all files could be deleted and to try again but it won't let me past that page. Tried numerous keys on the keypad and mouse doesn't work.

Any way to fix this?

Hi

Since you seem to be trying to remove all of your data from the PC anyway why don't you just do a clean install of Windows?

You will end up with a clean installation with all of your files removed and it should get around your bottleneck since it will format the drive during the installation process.

Hmm... Maybe you've already fixed your issue but if not and you have tried all the usual 'suspects' in regards to key combinations then a hard reset might be your only option or have you tried that only to get this screen again?
