I lost power during a printer software install and had to use startup repair to get back to normal. Although I was using the Admin password (no other accounts present) windows would create a temp user for each login. I was not able to use my desktop. Using Windows explorer, I could see and open my folders. I decided to delete the temp user folders. oops! Now when I login it immediately logs me off. I can login using safe mode and see my desktop.

How can I get back to normal. HP Pavilion p7 1074 PC - AMD Phenom II 960T quad core processor 8 GB with 1.5 TB HDD Windows 7 Home Premium.

Thanks in advance for your help

Have you tried a system restore to the date immediately prior to the date of the problematic printer install when you lost power?

I don't have any restore points. I can build a new profile, however I had the other setup just right.
