Hi, I have a new HP laptop with Windows 10 (Home). Cortana works via text and voice. I'm trying to make it play music. I do have Spotify which I understand is the only main streaming service available. In all explanations how to enable Spotify I have to get to Cortana Notebook via search or via Cortana menu. I do not have a menu in Cortana. I have 3 dots which have a pretty useless settings menu. I read that it should be 3 horizontal lines, I don't have those. Writing Cortana Notebook in search doesn't do anything either. I thought it could be a region problem, so I set my region to USA, and still the same.
Can someone help me enable Spotify playback via Cortana?
