Hi All...

I want to make the following for many computers at the same time (change many at a time):

1- a unified desktop background.
2- a unified Screensaver.

Note:
- computers all are Windows7.
- computers all are in the same domain.

advice me if that possible and how?

As far as I know it's not possible for the home network. It may be possible for a work network environment in the same way they install an OS across the network...as to how they do that, I don't know.

For now you'll have to install it manually on each PC unless some one else has a way to accomplish this for you.
