This week I haven't been able to update Windows 10. It keeps telling me to install Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 withsome error number and it doesn't install and I'm with no updates.

I'm on my Linux computer until I solve this Win 10 problem.

Have others had this error? I'm running Win 10 Pro

Hi What Anti-Virus are you running? Here's a quick fix that might work! Also run sfc /scannow to see if you have any corrupted files.

I installed the trouble shooter it says the problem is fixed but when I hit retry I still get this...

I'll reboot and try again.

After reboot and trying again this time I didn't get the error # and it said that updates will be installed automatically. So I'll leave Win 10 on all day and see what happens. Thanks.
