Hi, I have ran Malawarebytes and the result was they were quarantined I have just done a windows defender scan and the three threats were low risk so i followed the instruction to do an offline scan to remove them. They are still there, so i ran the windows app troubleshooter and sill same result..
What do you suggest I do from here?
Kind regards
Carla

Hi, I ran a malware scanner and found 3 detections. Now quarantined, and then ran the search and indexing troubleshooter once I had restarted and it is now working. I thought it may have been, I just didnt think to start in safe mode.
Thank you
