why is my tasbar just blank no programs show up
its an install of the official microsoft beta
and the computer im pretty sure can handle windows 7
as ive used all the other versions and they worked

They should have been on by default. But open the Control Panel and select System Icons. Select all ot whatever you want to see (Right hand side.)

I'm having this problem for the second time. The first time the system restore worked, this time not so much. Anyone have any idea?
