fixed renamed the software distribution folder did the trick.

> cmd, Run as Admin
Type, sfc /scannow, hit Enter

Run the Microsoft FixIt Tool & reboot, Link Removed

Try the Updates again after up & runninng again.

Glad you got it fixed. You don't happen to know what the error message means by any chance?

I had to track down your other thread to remind myself. I will see if I had the error information earlier.
