I have a suspicion that it may have been caused by a folder that first letters were "Yi", but i renamed it and refreshed - nothing. It's just odd. Any ideas?

Solution
Looks like you may be sorting by another colum.
Go to the top of the name column and click once in the area where it actually says "Name".
Ascending, click again for descending

Perhaps a screen shot with the Microsoft Snipping Tool might help use better visualize what you are seeing and provide a better reference for helpful replies.

That was the first thing I tried. I am not that illiterate with Windows. :)
