well i sintalled it. it gave me no choice at 1st on what kind of internet i have like home and etc.. it told me nothing about internet. so when it was done installing i have no internet. i have it on my windows xp sp2 tho.

my modem is motorola SBV5120 i cant even find a driver for it x.x

any help would be usefull ^^ . btw it says i have a wireless internet but no conection o.O

connection issues

I didn't use a disc to upgrade you can use winzip to open W7 and install it that way or you can use Nero program to install it as well.I tried booting a dvd and my computer refused to boot it.Plus instalation is a little touchy.I did it a few times till I got it right.When you get to home networking option dont click on it,click on the other button.

the windows is still in beta...
& if you hadn't noticed.. the internet connection is a big issue on windows 7
lets hope they have it fixed soon

lol that was my friends problem i let him use my account to post it. anyways I did some research on his network card (as im future IT i need the practise with all types of problems) and i found out it was not supported by windows vista. his card is too old. hes back on windows xp with everything working flawlessly.
