I tried everything... the computer recognizes my Belkin router and tries to connect but says I need to get closer in range. I had the Comcast guy here he brought the router all the way upstairs to the same floor as my computer-- 1 room away basically less than 25 feet. It sees the router, I press connect, then it says unable to connect and gives me this message: Make sure your computer is in range of belkin.480 and the network settings match the wireless router or access point settings. Is there something wrong with my wireless adapater?

I had this problem too. I had to remove the router fom the table and have it re-identify it then I could connect.
