Something keeps disabling my security center. I start the service and after about a minute it disables. Also I get redirected to SECURE. BIDVERTISER.COM and cannot get rid of this cookie! I have tried all the antivirus and malware progs! PLEASE HELP!:(

Try running free version of malware bytes and super Anti spyware sounds as if you have been infected with malware

Believe me I have tried Malware bytes and superantispyware and spybot, and Avast boot scan! None have solved my problem!
