Downstairs 2 attachments. One shows that Windows Update is stuck on my machine. It makes no update, so stills is identical, therefore update complete standstill. The second annex shows the result of troubleshooting Windows Update. After what I see, it detected a problem / fault, but I do not know how to fix it? Someone who can afford?

You can try resetting the update cache.
  • Open services.msc
  • Make sure Background Intelligent Transfer Service and Windows Update are stopped
  • Delete the directory SoftwareDistribution in C:\Windows
  • Restart the Windows Update service
  • Check for updates again

The best place to start is running the Windows update troubleshooter, it can fix a lot of problems with the updating mechanism. Link Removed
