Can you please explain what you mean, to a better detail?

I don't see anything wrong. Perhaps your monitor is set to a wrong refresh rate of it is malfunctioning, thus causing only you to experience the issue.

I don't see anything either. Sounds related to vidoe card. How about more system info.
