I'm brand spanking new to Windows 7, just got my computer today. In Windows XP, I could create taskbars, stick them on the top of the screen, down the side, and fill them with icons to my heart's content. Now I can't seem to do it the same way. How do I re-create all the taskbars I had before?

I've done that one, but what I want is a the main tool bar on the bottom as it normally is, but I want to create a toolbar at the top with icons for projects and programs I use frequently. Quicklaunch is nice, but it's stuck in the main toolbar. I want a separate toolbar.
