Hi,

The SFC Scanner did not work after running it in the Command Prompt (Admin) and did not find any violations.

I do not know why the Snipping Tool is not working.

Thank you for trying. Problem does not resolve. Doing a system restore is not possible on a new hard drive with new install of Windows 10 in a new computer.

I upgraded all drivers and made sure videos graphics cards were up to date.

Still, this program is inoperable.
