Windows 7 blank/black screen on new windows 7 install

After I boot to the windows 7 installation disk all I get is a blank/black screen and nothing happen
This while I am trying to do a new install of windows 7 ultimate 32 bit
On the monitor the display button is blue so I now I am getting a signal as well as
This install disk work’s fine on my other PC, just not this one
This is on a Pentium 4 3.0 GHz PC with 2 g’s of ram p4800DX motherboard
And ATI Radeon X1650 512mbs AGP graphics card IDR hard drive Maxtor 120 g’s

First question would be, do you have a legal copy?

Observation might be you have a corrupted install DVD.

Was this an upgrade or a "clean' install?

A "clean" insatlli s the only waty to go.

I would try burning another ISO using imgburn at it's 1x speed an be sure it's a quality name-brand DVD,

Make sure you disconnect all you periphials and usb connections before the install.
